Online Ordering
Our website uses an online shopping cart to help customers gather items for an order. Click on the categories on the left menu to find products or use the search page. Once an item is found, click Add To Cart to place the item in your shopping cart. When you have finished adding items, click View Cart to see the current list. If you are satisfied with your selection, click Checkout to process the order.
Current Customers
Chair City Supply customers that are already setup with terms, contract prices, and/or tax exempt status may place orders through the website. After the order has been processed online, we will email you an updated order with your correct information from our system. New customers may fill out an application for an open account and tax exempt. Please call our office for more information.
Sales and Discounts
We occasionally will have a sale on a group of items or email a coupon out to current customers. These may be applied on the View Cart page.
Payment Types
We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover Card. We also allow purchase orders if you already have terms with Chair City Supply Company, Inc.

Priority shipping (Next Day Air, Second Day Air, etc.) is available. Please make a note on the order and we will quote you with the shipping charges based on the weight of the products ordered and the distance from us to you.
We use the following shipping carriers: UPS, FedEx, and DHL. Most shipments will originate from Thomasville , NC 27360 . Orders placed before 1:00pm EST Monday though Friday will be shipped out on the same day. We currently offer no shipping on Saturday or Sunday.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for all orders that are shipped to the following states: North Carolina and Tennessee . Customers that have sent us a valid tax exempt form will receive an updated order through email with the taxes removed.
Returns
Products shipped as ordered will not be accepted for return without an RGA issued from Chair City Supply Company, Inc. Items returned more than 30 days from the date of shipment may be subject to a 20% restocking charge. Orders shipped in error will be reshipped at our expense. Return freight charges for the incorrect goods will be paid by Chair City Supply Company, Inc. and there will be no restocking charges.
Stock Items
Items listed online are normally in stock, but there may a case where orders exceed what we have in stock. If that happens, the emailed status of your order will reflect that. Of our inventory of over 6,000 items, there are a select group of items that are currently listed online. If you cannot find what you need, please call or email your requirements and we will promptly respond.
MSDS
MSDS or Material Safety Data Sheets will automatically be sent with each order. Please call our office if you need additional MSDS sheets or other product information.
Privacy Policy and Security
Verizon uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to transmit sensitive information such as credit card numbers and SSN. SSL is a transport level technology for authentication and data encryption between a Web server and a Web browser. SSL sends data over the "socket" which is a secure channel at the application layer.
